Support policy for recommended web browsers

We have set following support policy of the recommended web browsers for our cloud services based on that of each browser vendor.

Names of web browsers Supported versions
Microsoft Internet Explorer The operation in Internet Explorer of each latest version is guaranteed. To check the latest version, please refer to Microsoft Support Page.
※After the release of the latest version from Microsoft, we will provide support in accordance with our product schedule.
Microsoft Edge The operation in Microsoft Edge of each latest version is guaranteed. To check the latest version, please refer to Microsoft Support Page.
※After the release of the latest version from Microsoft, we will provide support in accordance with our product schedule.
Google Chrome The operation in the latest stable version is guaranteed. However, only Safari is only supported in Apple not in Windows.
※After the release of the latest version from each vendor, we will provide support in accordance with our product schedule.

※ The recommended environment for Salesforce Package has limits on supported browsers above in Salesforce。 Furthermore, the operation of web browsers above on smart devices is not guaranteed.

An example of reaching end of support for recommended web browsers

For example, in the case of Microsoft Internet Explorer 9, according to the policy that only latest version of Internet Explorer in each operating system of Microsoft is supported, the supported version of Windows Vista is the latest version of Internet Explorer 9.
However, since support for the operating system of Windows Vista will be ended in April 2017, that for Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 will also be ended in April 2017.
The recommended browsers for our cloud services work under the support depend on browser vendor, as a result of which we will end our support for Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 at the same time. We will notify users of end of support 3 months before it from our support desk.

Client application support policy

Fleekdrive / Fleekform’s client application supports and guarantees the operation of OS up to two generations ago. When the latest client application guarantees correspondence to the latest OS, the correspondence guarantee of OS of three generations ago is ended.

This is a printing application for Fleekform direct printing option. install this on the server or client PC on the LAN where the printer you want to print exists.

Fleekdrive file server(For server)
This is Sync application of FleekDrive. Install it on the clients PC or server and synchronize the accessible space on the cloud with the terminal folder.
Fleekdrive mobile It is a mobile application of Fleekdrive. Install on mobile terminal, provide space on the cloud, file browsing and downloading function.

It is a client application for delivering large-volume files at high speed via the cloud.
